I wasn't able to post something before cos I was having a headache and physical exhausting, because I've hardly got sleep in these days, I try to sleep but there's always stuff to do! But now I have the time and I'm feeling a bit better, I post this drawing of a character from one of my all time favorite movies, Rock-a-doodle
It's a pen drawing I made of Goldie, a character from the movie, and I made this due a reason in particular...because at that time on September of 2010, I noticed that a few of the people I steem and appreciate and consider my friends faved and commented in pics from users who had made porn stuff (aka garabatoz y supergeorgesapiens, and others) so, I felt very sad and frustrated then, but Faikel told me "Don't worry, maybe they just like drawings of 'sexy girls' " and that made me feel a bit better because that gave me an idea I thought, well if they like sexy girls, I can draw girls better, so maybe I can draw sexy girls for them and so then they will no longer like to look at porn" And I thought about a female character who men would consider the most "sexy" but who also was good as a character, and this one came up to my mind So I decided to draw her for my friends even if I don't draw this kind of stuff cos I don't support nor approve this wrong and sexist standard that says every girl should be too voluptuosus to be sexy, because I think she's a good female character; at the beggining of the movie I have to admit she was kind of annoying and I didn't liked her for being selfish and cocky and for this standard that I know it's wrong, but at the end of the movie I thought she was a good female character because she became a better person through the events of the movie; I mean at the end she leaves the life of fame and stage to live a simple country life with his boyfriend Chanticleer And I think that's one of the thigns I really liked about this movie, her transformation of a cockly and shallow girl to a more human one
So, here's goldie, I hope you all like my first drawing of her and that my male friends don't feel the need to look at porn if they can have good artwork
