*Important Notes*
This tutorial guides you how I do my digital painting in Painter.
It doesn't teach how to use the program.
You need to know at least basic usings or know how to use PhotoShop since they're similar.
My English is POOR.
I accept any suggestion for the better writing.

When I was painting this [link] in Photoshop with setting my brushes at any opacity for color blend and setting it to wet edges, It kinda came out on how you color your stuff...

Very cool to see a Painter Tutorial. I notice that you don't use the canvas layer? There's so many great things in Painter, I don't know why more people don't use it!
