Description
This tutorial has been published in August in Photoshop Projects Magazine!!! 2010So I finally made it, my first tutorial!
Many people asked me how I make my Twilight photomanipulations, so I decided to show it here ^^
I hope everything looks clear, I tried to give a lot of screenshots to show what I mean in the text.
If something is not clear because of my English, or you just have some questions - ask me right away! I'll be happy to help!
Also if you use this tutorial to make your own vampire, I'd be happy to see the effect, so post a link here please ^^

I have no idea.. I use only photoshop. Probably it is possible,but I don't know Paint Shop Pro at all..

Yeah, especially the eye colouring part. I used to use a mask and then colour balance and stuff, but it always got blurry, so this is much better.
