A friend of mine asked if I could make him an OC reference sheet as a birthday gift so of course I said yes. This is the finished result, and thankfully he liked it a lot

Name: Athan Xing Burns
Born: 1770; Timișoara, Wallachia
Died: 1859; Timișoara, Wallachia (age 89)
Allegiance: Assassins

Bio: Athan was born into the Assassin Brotherhood in 1770, in the Ottoman-controlled territory of Wallachia. He operated as a child soldier for the Ottoman army to assist both the empire and the Assassins in espionage. When it came time for his full Assassin training to begin, his father gifted him a hidden blade and sent him to New York City, where an Assassin named Joe trained him in the ways of the Brotherhood. However, he was eventually captured and brainwashed by the Templars, who manipulated him into joining their ranks and help them find Pieces of Eden.

His quest brought him back to his homeland of Romania, where the Templars raided Timișoara just to obtain the Piece of Eden there. Enraged that those he called friends were slaughtering his hometown, he turned against them, killing many of them and taking the Piece of Eden. He only barely escaped thanks to his father, who rescued him and took him to the safety of the local Assassin hideout. Athan explained what he had been through, and decided to embrace his heritage once again to fight the Templars. One of his first missions had him kill the Ottoman Templar general that controlled the local area, an old friend named Bular. He defeated his friend after a hard fight and took the Piece of Eden he held. He returned to the Assassin Council in Europe, where they formally initiated him at last.

After that, Athan put all his focus onto liberating his homeland from both the Templars and the Ottoman officials that they controlled. He did quite a lot of travelling across Europe for other important missions, however, such as when he assisted his good friend Aiden Kenway in stopping a Templar plot for domination. Athan eventually formed a family as well, his son Benjamin having been born in 1798, and he died of old age in his hometown of Timișoara in 1859.
