This one is admittedly kind of a half-baked idea at the moment. I'm not sure where it's going to go or if it will go anywhere.

The initial idea was that this is a variant design or offshoot of Ganzilla, formerly "Malignus" (neither name is meant to be permanent), in which tumorous cells taken from Godzilla replicate out of control and become another sort of teratoma Godzilla...but this Godzilla, the main inspiration behind it was that the dorsal plates, due to some genetic tomfoolery, started forming in an over-the-shoulder way. I sort of imagined it being an asymmetrical design, and lightly reminiscent of how some military dress is asymmetrical, where a high-ranking general has like a half-cape or something, and a gallery of medals worn on one side. Again, very half-baked. For whatever reasons, I guess just to differentiate this from Ganzilla, I started calling this one "Czarzilla," although I'll be the first to admit there's no real connection there.

I do like the idea, though, of a Godzilla sort of having this design (with a few tweaks) and maybe having a more..."militant" personality? Still exploring all of this.
