1998 is a reference to the 1998 Godzilla movie. There's a lot of humor attached to 2014 godzilla hating/picking on 1998 godzilla. This is Gypsy Danger from Pacific Rim purposefully getting a rise out of 2014 godzilla for mentioning the other movie and getting the shit kicked out of him for it.

You had to mention the bastardization that only spawned a shitty cartoon spin-off, but also scarred Godzilla's reputation, destroyed any chance Zilla had at being a real kaiju, destroyed and utterly massacred any reptutation and pride Zilla had along with his son in his sucky cartoon, and made both Zilla and Zilla jr. look so weak that neither of them are worthy of the name Godzilla? Really dude, really? I can take it being said to the old Japanese Godzilla but when you do that to Legendary Godzilla it's not an insult, it's a death warrant.

The cartoon isn't shitty what are u talking about!!!!! Its one of the best old shows in fuckin world!!!! its a MAJOR improvement to the piece of trash G98 was!! The reason why it is cause zilla jr himself was able to fight with powers and kick some ass unlike what his father did, and the characters are actually likable!! the other kaiju are pretty cool and the plot is so intense,interesting and sometimes heavy!!!! so watch your mouth u little shit cause u don't know what your FUCKING DEALING WITH HERE!!!!!!

• "its a MAJOR improvement to the piece of trash G98 was!!" It's a slight improvement of that piece of crap film, but it's still not enough. Anything having to do with that crap film diminishes its quality and value, even if it is decent on its own. Also, nice use of the exclamation mark, makes you sound like a loudmouth brat with tantrum issues.
• "the other kaiju are pretty cool" I'll give it that, the show does have pretty cool looking designs. But that's it.

sorry if im like that, I just grew up with the cartoon and just love it with all my heart, In MY opinion its a big improvement cause like I said above, better human characters,better Godzilla,cool kaiju like King Cobra and Crackler dude, oh and i hit puberty..............................it was weird to be honest.

Oh, shut up and take a chill pill, this was the whole point of the joke: mention that shitty movie, and you die. I am aware of everything you said, and this was meant to make fun of that Jurassic Park knock off.
Also, I used the LegendaryGoji for three reasons:
1. I wanted to upgrade this meme.
2. The LegendaryGoji is my all-time favorite design.
3. I used this design because I think this is all of Godzilla's incarnations meshed into one form, but unlike Final Wars, this one perfects it. If Godzilla was real, this design is right on the money and it feels like this is the character's true form, like, this is what he always looked like but wasn't fleshed out enough.
So it doesn't matter what design I put in, it's the real Godzilla we all know and love, period.
