Yes, I actually did the character's design five times until I am actually satisfied with her overall appearance. :u
In the design before this, I gave her really long earlocks that reaches her waistline. But then I remembered the rules of the contest, and decided to just draw it all over again without the earlocks, even if I actually like that version. ; n;
But nyeh, rules are rules. Gotta follow them even if I don't like em.

I do hope that the colours on the side helps if the ones on her at the moment are not clear enough. :'D
Oh, and here's a sketch bio I'd done while I'm at it.

Name: Fallerian Saniya (prefers to be called "Fall")
Age: 18 (I'm so sorry that she doesn't look the age ; n; )
Species: Raccoon
Personality:
- Adventurous: She's willing to take the risk and try out new things, though she doesn't necessarily keep everything she has learnt thus far.
- Wise: Though not obvious on first glance, she knows a lot of the ways of the sea and how safe it the surroundings are.
- Timid: She's not used to talking with other people. She tries her best to break the ice and get to know people more. Also scared easily if things were to happen all of a sudden.
Likes: seashells, beautiful scenery, shellfish (food), beaches, riding waves, adventure!~,
Dislikes: pollution, thunder and storms, really dry places, spicy food,
Hobbies: Swimming, collecting seashells, singing, surfing
Abilities:
She can control Water, but there must be a water source nearby for her to use her powers.
She can hold her breath for a really long time.
Miscellaneous Information:
- She wears a swimsuit underneath that dress if she feels like taking a swim.
