Iggy's late because I was out with my mom all day yesterday and sketching this one took longer than I'd hoped

Ever the curious one, Iggy was determined to learn as much about Dal as he could. Or more accurately, learn as much about Poison Koopas as he could, since that species of Koopa is very, very hard to come by, their numbers dwindling for unknown reasons.

As soon as Dal arrived in the castle, Iggy was all over him, asking questions and poking him everywhere. While Dalex was surprised (and a wee bit uncomfortable at Iggy's disregard of personal space), he did his best to provide answers. Of course, there are many things about Koopas in general that Dalex doesn't know about, so it soon became a sort of knowledge exchange. Iggy asks, Dal answers (if he can), then Dal asks, Iggy answers, rinse and repeat. It was a system Iggy was more than happy with, since he could never say no to someone simply seeking information.

What amazes Iggy the most about Poison Koopa biology is their immunities to toxic substances. Here, Dal is explaining his love of Poison Mushrooms, even adding that he and his father (who is also a Poison Koopa) eat them as snacks every other day. To him, they taste no different from regular mushrooms.

Iggy wonders if the toxins within those mushrooms make Dalex's venom stronger in some way, though Dal doubts it. And before Iggy can ask, he's not that interested in finding out.
