Another bit of random art for the fancomic I've been working on, based on Ogro's Avatar fanfiction Distorted Reality. Both of these kind of came about as I was working to try to create a kind of back cover for the comics, but while these were fun to do, I didn't think they worked too well as back covers in the end. So I just decided to put them up as kind of Distorted Reality posters.The first 'mirror' companion piece that goes with this one can be found here .

Katara is more scary as a villain since she's more mentally stable and she has the ability to blood bend <_<

Lol, yeah, for some reason I always enjoy the idea of stories that swap the good guys with the bad guys, and there's just something about the setup for Avatar that makes it particularly intriguing. (Maybe because, because of our associations with fire, it seems natural the Fire Nation would be the bad guys.)
And definitely, the idea of a bad Katara is one of my favorite parts. (I particularly like how, in the story, you get the idea that there are some things where she's actually stronger than Azula, while there are other things she doesn't do quite as well. The bloodbending definitely gives Katara a huge power advantage, but at the same time, I don't see her as being as perceptive or tricky as Azula when it comes to the planning stage that comes before the fight.)

Yeah i agree. Katara, i think, is more in tune with her ideals and not a dirty player like canon Azula.
