-Real Name: Eobard Thawne-First Appearance: The Flash #139 (1963)
Time to move to Flash villains and starting with possibly the most famous one: Reverse-Flash also known as Eobard Thawne even though he's not a favorite of mine (that will always be the Trickster). The one who would go out of his way to ruin a figure he looks up to. A crazy fanboy, one could say he's a "Yandere" in a way I guess. Due to this, I wanted him to look outlandish and absurd. Which is why I overexaggerated his horn-like bolts and his mouth. I made his skin pale as hell and his eyes shine red. I based gave him his outfit from the comics and I made him hold in his hands some sort of energy drawn in the style of Kirby Frackles.
Eobard Thawne Fact: Eobard's parents made sure that their unborn child was genetically altered to be highly intelligent and handsome. What they didn't expect was that Eobard's intelligent mind would make it difficult for him to deal with social situations. As a child, Eobard was a genius, but he couldn't figure out how to make friends and tended to daydream. You can tell how that came out.
