So this is one of the character that appeared in The Suicide Squad and I do like his design in the original comics as a guy in an orange suit with a thinking cape on his head. I decided to give him black eyes just to make his design a bit more interesting and it does. I wanted to make up a backstory for how he appears as a Jay Garrick and Barry Allen foe without being old as heck. They never explained how he became a Suicide Squad member in the comics while still being young. It's supposed to be the same character from the 1940s too.
Thinker Fact: In a Batman comic from the 1940s, a character named "The Thinker" ruled his own city-state in the middle of the Great Western Desert called the "Citadel of Crime" I don't think it's the same character but it's a fun little fact I discovered.
Thinker is owned by DC Comics.
