Ah yes, the fastest man alive meets the slowest man alive, Scarlet Speedster versus the Emerald Leatherback. That's basically the Turtle and he was apparently the first villain of Barry Allen. I made him look like his comic design but his jacket looks similar to the bottom of a Turtle. I tried to make his hair long and I gave him weird energy beams.
Turtle Fact: In the comics, the Turtle is a legacy name and there's many Turtles throughout the Flash mythos.
Turtle is owned by DC Comics.
