In step 4 you add the water images. (Like the ones mentioned in the description)
Just be sure to use the right layer blending mode.

What inspires me... hm all known life needs water, water is a very strong element (the strongest if you ask me ) and I'm a big fan of insects/animals

Sorry again do you know where I could find the water stocks needed for free? except deviantart... I don't have the money to purchase the water stocks at shutterstock.... and deviantart doesn't have the stocks required...

I'm sorry but I think it'll be hard to find similar images that are free. :/
I've searched here on DA and found splashes. I think with a little bit of time scrolling you'll find the images you need even here on DA. Just check the links below:
