Okay, yes there was going to be a bg, but I used a different program to make this, and it is harder to do backgrounds, so just a plain bg will have to do. They are in a cave.

It had been almost two months since the almost-banishment of Queen Uru, and she was miserable. Ahadi had not even looked at her since, and he was sleeping in a separate cave. Zuzu was certainly getting a workout, though- Ahadi didn't talk to Uru either, and so she was the one going back and forth...and back...and forth again to convey any messages between the two. Meanwhile, Uru bonded with her two sons, and before long all three were closer than thought possible. But poor Uru went to bed crying each night, and often she accidentally awoke the two cubs with her empty sobs. During this time, her new Ahadi scar -still forming- would break open, red clashing with the orange. The pain helped her focus on something else, and she would take her children and rock them back to sleep.

"Mom? Why do you keep crying? Is it because of Daddy?" Mufasa kept asking, unknowing Uru wouldn't speak against her husband anymore- she had begun having nightmares of the King harming her cubs. Taka seemed to guess what she had going through her mind, and he, too, began having nightmares, waking up with wild eyes and fear-scent stench in his fur. Eventually, a lioness would wake up and trot over to see if they were all okay- at which point Mufasa would ask that lioness what was wrong with his mom.

At the beginning of the third month, something major happened. A rogue and family had been spotted in the lands, a large light maned male and two lioness- assumedly wife and daughter. When Zuzu brought the news, both King and Queen raced to the location, neither knowing how the evening would go down.

Well! Nothing like intruders to bring the family together again, eh? Stay tuned! I like how this turned - you can really see how Taka resembals his 'mother'. And her scar thing. Which sucks awful bad, but it will do for now.
