More work on this guy. I've been detailing out the wrinkles and his crown.. thing. It's not going to work with what I intended to do now as far as how I cast it, but hey! he looks damn impressive.Related content

Thank you! That means a lot, I always super love your work!! Anyway, I use Zbrush! I do a lot of my basic shapes in maya and then bring it into zbrush. I also use Topogun a lot, which is great for the low poly work.

I used to have a copy of Maya that I used to create a 3D Burnout head. I should probably look for it and try to reinstall it. I've always wanted to try Zbrush; people make some absolutely AMAZING models with it!

I used tutorials from digital tutors to get the hang of zbrush, the interface is super confusing. Once you get the hang of the interface it's a lot easier, but it takes some practice for it to become muscle memory. The tutorial i used goes back and forth between maya and zbrush, then uses topogun to do the low poly. You can also use Zbrush to take a model made of different meshes into one mesh and then print it! Which is what I usually end up doing. I used to sculpt entirely by hand, but i don't have time for it any more, sadly!

Okay, cool, I'll have to check some videos out. I remember using digital tutors a lot a few years ago, back when I first learned how to use Photoshop and Maya. Great resource that I forgot about, thanks!
