It's almost done... I got a bit sidetracked with the Batman armor but with that completed, I was then able to continue my Daedric Keyblade. I am actually quite proud of the design as it took me a good five days or so before I had one I was happy with. In case it isn't obvious, the weapon is a custom Keyblade heavily influenced by the Daedric weapon series from Skyrim. The name I am going with is "Heart of The Daedra" Will paint it soon...Related content

It looks really great, although I have one criticism: the Imperial insignia for the keychain. It doesn't quite mesh with the rest of the weapon, unless you were gonna incorporate other styles from the game into it (like Dwarven or Glass). My personal suggestion, would be to drop that insignia and instead use the symbol for Oblivion, since it's more representative of everything Daedric. Very minor complaint though, because it otherwise looks like you really put effort into using the forms that the game itself uses.

A minor complaint perhaps, but a good point nonetheless. I had concidered doing just that, making the keychain the oblivion symbol however I already have it on the keyblade's handle guard. Rather than reusing it, I decided to use the Dragon from the Skyrim title screen instead because it simply looks cooler than just a letter and it represents Skyrim specifically rather than all the elder scrolls games. Since my keyblade is based on the specific style of the Skyrim Daedric weapons, I thought something that represents Skyrim would be a good alternative. Besides, if I had used the oblivion symbol, it would have just been the letter carved on a token and I think we can both agree the Dragon looks cooler. Good point though.

This is, easily, one of the most ridiculously incredible things I've ever, ever seen. I keep lusting over the detail and when I finally hit the classic Daedric "O" at the crossguard I wanted to giggle semi-hysterically.
As I've said before sir, you make crossovers that look like they've always existed. You're a pro when it comes to your builds, but your custom designs are... phenomenal.
.....*whispers* pretty please let Batman use this in Photoshop a few times when you're finished? Pretty... pretty.... please.....?

Jeeessuus, I think you've really outdone yourself on the details this time around. I'm really loving the hammered metal effect you did! And the Skyrim logo keychain is looking really sharp. Seems kind of fragile though. Are you ever afraid that those thinner, narrower pieces are gonna snap? I haven't really worked with MDF much, so I don't know what to expect.

Well thank you very much, and the textured metal look was achieved with a wood working gouge. And while admitidadly the keychain Dragon has some thin areas, the MDF is strong enough so I'm not worried that it will break or anything.
