The mouth is the only place with room for improvement, Almost a cartoonish look. You have managed to correct this in your newer installments. The chin is squared well much like Bruce Campbell, but the jaw line pulls it back which is what may be throwing off the mouth...
just an observation. over all, extremely well done.

Indeed.. Thank you very much for your critque.. It's so hard these days to find someone who will give a solid critque.. To be honest I only keep this image up because its a transition point for me.. I constantly stare at it to find my faults and hopefully progress from the mistakes I made.. I have plans to do another evil dead piece since I just revisited the film recently.. I really need to do the film some justice like I had with some of my others but really thanks again..

Hey no problem friend! I know exactly what you mean when you say you seek your flaws.... I do the same with my work... My worst flaw is that I never go dark enough. My subject matter is dark but my technique is not... I really do respect your work and the fact that you are professional enough to admit your opportunity areas.
I would be quite honored if you checked out some of my work and offered your insights!
When you do get the new one done and up I would love to see it, and I would offer the reccomendation that you leave the old one up so a comparassion can be made to see how far you've come!

My only crit echoes what others have said about his arm and hand being on the disproportionately small side. His chin seems a bit small too, but hey, if chins could talk...
Still, it's an excellent piece, and definitely worth the time it took you.

To be honest Im extremly dissatisfied with this piece and have had thoughts of taking it out of the series.. When I finished it I thought it was laking many properties of my style.. But with recent reviews I've decided to keep the piece up since its really the second piece I've done with a focus on stippling.

looks great. the only thing i could say is the arm looks a little small but he chops off the hand anyway so thats no biggy

cant wait to see it. ive been wanting to do a tribute to all the horror greats myself. i plan on doing a convention at the end of the year and its a horror convention. i will do it before then because i want all them to sign it

its in orlando florida. its called screamfest and its 3 days. awesome convention. i went last year but just as a fan. i have pics of all the people i got to see on my photography page. well all the ones i cared about anyway. i want to get a booth just so i can hang out with them all weekend.
