Description
Commission for Roseatknight of her beautiful character Rori, who resembles a monarch butterfly
he was soo hard to recreate, but hopefully it looks ok!I had to do so much colour and lighting changes on this
I can't put my finger on what's wrong with this, but I'm not 100% satisfied with it, so please critique it if you can!

Just because I don't want to write an entire critique about this (my brain wouldn't be able to do it properly right now), I'll write this little bit here.
I've found that when you can't personally figure out what is wrong with a piece but you know there is something, it's a 99% chance to be the lighting. For me, that rump is a wee bit too shiny for the intensity of the light that is coming from behind the horse. Maybe a bit on the neck, too, as the mane would realistically be casting some sort of shadow on the neck. The only other thing that really stands out to me is the angle of the wings. The front one is pretty much fine, but the back one feels like its on the wrong angle; it should be more out/open to the other side rather than leaning back towards the body... Hope that made sense. (I know what a pain wing stock can be to find the perfect fit! So frustrating.) Apart from that everything else seems fine :3 Maybe a bit more blending between the wing and the shoulder too could help? (or be sneaky like I would be and use shadowing and hair to hide it, hehe!)
