I was making a few leeches for a wedding cake and for some crazy reason I decided to make a tutorial out of it. This is my first ever tutorial so forgive me if it's vague.These aren't painted as my paints are still in transit. But they're still cute!

I love this! The drawing at the top is so adorable, and seeing how your leech comes together is really great.

Thanks! I just use cheap acrylic paints (reeves is the brand) but I find it's better to use lots of thin layers instead of one or two normal thickness. So just add water until your paint is at an ink like consistancy. Oh and let the coats dry.

1. The drawing at the top is cuuuute.
2. That looks insanely tedious for the size you made them. I don't think I could've made one antenna, much less two, without messing up several times and throwing it at the wall. >_>

The worst part is adding all the little balls, other than that they are not all that difficult.
It's a theme cake! I am super excited about it cause I'm making the topper too. I made a couple gobbies a goobbue and a golem with these too. If I ever get my paints in I'll post them.
