***I used PHOTOSHOP 7.0 for this. you could probably use any photoshop program
(and probably something besides photoshop if they have tools simmilar to the ones used for the tutorial) ***

ah! they are on your tool bar (with teh paint brush and stuff)...
and.. er... the dodge brush looks like a.. black lollipop xD
and the burn.. looks like.. a hand I think?? no.. wait.. I dunno -saying this from memory-
