Real name is Nicholas Caspers
other names include Neo, Captain Neo, Ice cream man.

Captain Neo is a rank B superhero, who has the power to create and control ice cream with his mind. He creates walls, platforms, he can power it up to fire a strong blast and lift things using ice cream like telekinesis.
A fun little bonus power is, he can guess what your favorite flavor of ice cream is, just by meeting you.
He might not be anywhere the number one superhero or be in the running for a top tier position. But he's still a very well-known hero, whether he's out on patrol, saving someone's life while on duty, or when he's enjoying his time off.

Don't be fooled by his appearance, despite how he looks and what his powers are, he's a skilled fighter.
Getting hit with a scoop of ice cream is one thing, but getting berried by a tidal wave of ice cream? Thats something else....

Captain Neo has a very flashy fight style, full of flips, twirls, spins, and LOTS and lots and lots of quotes and poses.
Acting like a cartoon or anime character from his favorite shows. While some look down on him for it, the thing is, it works.
Even if some find it annoying or silly, Neo puts on a show while saving people, so they won't feel scared.
Just because someone is safe, doesn't mean they'll FEEL safe.
So by acting out and or putting on a show, everyone won't feel scared. Whether they think he's super cool, laughing at him, or just rolling their eyes. Then at least they don't feel scared anymore right?

There are other heroes like Neo who are supposed to flashy, just so they can inspire others become heroes too. Kinda like a marketing technic.
Though...Neo was never asked to act all flashy, he chooses to be and his act, isn't really an act.

Fun little facts:
He can create ANY flavor of ice cream, not just chocolate, strawberry and vanilla.

His scarf was made by a fan of his, and they gave it to him after he took down a high rank supervillain.

Despite being a high ranked superhero, he specializes in casual patrols, extra security for public events, and dealing with the low-level supervillains (AKA...troublemakers who are potentially dangerous to...those people you cross the street to avoid just cause.)

He cannot help but dance in public if he hears music he really likes.

The logo on his chest is a strawberry dipped in chocolate, and the two sticks are vanilla beans. (Chocolate, Strawberry, and Vanilla, the three flavors that make Neapolitan)

While his name is Nicholas and some call him Nic for short, most call him Neo.

He's also a huge fan of Moon Sailors and Super Rangers (Sailor Moon and Power Rangers)
