This coin is my latest buying,a tiny one(about 17mm in diameter) with a bargain price $8.5. The portrait and the reverse is still quite good,although some legends are illegible. I don't think it is worn out through circulation,but a result from a worn die or uneven strike.

The legend on obverse should be "Constantinvs IVN NOB C) and the reverse is "Gloria Exercitvs" ,mint mark "TR" indicates it comes from Treveri,Germany.
