Description Lately I've been feeling like I'd lost sight of what I want to achieve with my art, so I finally decided to put one of these together. Outlined in white (I hope you can see it XD) are my main Influences on dA and around that are outside influences.

1. Skirtzzz , mainly from amazing style and very clever fanarts, which is something I love
2. juliajm15 , who, just as Skirtzzz , also influences me for all the clever fanarts and for the amazing job she does at character creation
3. GDBee
4. HetteMaudit
5. loish
6. sharkie19 , plus since we have a fanart here, I'd like to mention cartoons such as Danny Phantom, PPG, Kim Possible, KND, My Life as a Teenage Robot, etc, etc
7. Fukari
8. RobotMichelle , whose comic Ava's Demon is frankly what got me into digital art and webcomics (though I'd previously read Nimona, I had little interesting in searching for other webcomics or even makking one before I read Ava's Demon)
9. ALEXAst and His Dark Materials, a trilogy that was a major inspiration for me as a teen, probably shaped a lot of my character and continues to be one of my favourite books, having made me fall in love with reading, writing and worldbuilding
10. Disney, especially movies like Lilo and Stitch and Finding Nemo (and all of Pixar tbh), for their storytelling and style. Disney is what makes me wanna pursue animation someday
11. The Egyptian, by Mika Waltari, here illustrated by the awesome art of sikuriina . This is my favorite book ever and made me think in a way that it might very well have shaped my character too, even if I read it years after HDM. Also helped realize it's not necessary to have a fantastical setting to make a fantastical story. Things like the human mind and history sometimes are more fantastical than an entire world we may build.
12. Ghibli and Miyazaki, mainly Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle and The Wind Rises, not so much for style but for the amazing storytelling and worldbuilding. Also inspires me to animate.
13. staje , which is not on dA anymore, as far as I know, and is less of a stylistic influence than a story and theme one, hence why she's not outlined in white
14. Avatar: The Last Airbender
15. Peter Nimble and his Fantastic Eyes, which is probably what motivates my fairy tale lover side
16. CREEPY, and I mean everything that is cleverly creeppy, such as Pan's Labyrinth (who is also an influence for the deep meaning and metaphors that can be contained in stories and imagery), the work of Tim Burton, Katie Towell's Childrin R Skary, Over The Garden Wall etc, etc

That's it! Be sure to check all of these amazing artists galleries <3

Yay, I'm glad you saw it then <3 Your drawings have awesome themes and a lot of personality. They are definitely one of my main sources of inspiration and I hope my work becomes someday able to reflect those things too. Thanks
