I like the cropping and the subject. I think the depth of field works as well. I'm with other people who commented on the colour saturation. Just a tiny more to bring out that green and pink.

To start off, this photograph is just really great. It very original...I haven't ever seen anything like this on dA! You did an amazing job with the focusing!
I'm really a fan of the colors, especially the redish-pink tones. I'd like to see a brighter version also, maybe try boosting the colors a bit? I think you did a good job with the cropping, it keeps my attention where it should be. The field of depth is really good too!

its a very nice photo. Almost alien like. Its nicely in focus and you chose a good aperture. I only wish it was more contrasting with the colors.

Yikes! That reminds me of Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs! Very unique! That's one thing that's important. I think it would be fun to really boost the colour and see what you think. Cool shot though!
