I dunno if anyone cared or not, but I really wanted to show how I do my pixel art cuz many say it's impossible XD this pretty much shows how I do my work, not just the flower here.
EDIT: for those who don't know, getting rid of a sketch on mspaint is merely inverting the pic (ctrl i), opening attributes (ctrl e), selecting "black and white" at the bottom, then ok. You can switch back to color by inverting again ~if you haven't already~ but picking "color" in the attributes the second time. This only seems to work on the old mspaint. The windows 7 one or whatever doesn't allow inversion of colors

yeah, it does take forever XD with a lotta hand cramps too >.<
I still haven't gotten a tablet XD I think I might use a mouse for years to come
well, I actually use this cheapo program Paint.NET and select the background (with
the magic wand tool or whatever it is) and then delete it. It's kinda weird on DA
since small pixels have to be saved as GIF files to be transparent and larger ones
have to be saved as PNGs :/ I have no idea how it figures that. Paint.NET is a pretty
limited program (kinda like a handicapped photoshop) but it's simplest for me.
I don't know about sai since I've never used it but I would imagine it might function
the same way, but this is just me guessing XD

OH thank goodness you mentioned the program you use haha cause I used to use Paint.NET but got tired of it so I deleted it and totally forgot about it lol but now that I want to get into pixeling I feel like that would be an excellent program, handicapped or not
Very proud of you for sticking it out with a mouse though, makes me appreciate your work a lot more

it's a pretty good program for pixels since deleting the background
doesn't mess with a million colors 
feel like I'm the only one who still uses it XD

So that's how you do it. I was wondering how you did all you pixel art, and behold this was uploaded... looks like Imma need more origami , but seriously I find this to be really helpful. Maybe when I stop being so lazy I'll pixel something

X3 Yep it helped to see the process cause I usually flail around slamming my mouse all over the place yelling "HOW U DO EET!?" I should actually start saving my failed attempts though.

I'm gonna do an extensive tutorial on pixeling since my last
one had my old art on it, so prepare for that XD
you should definitely save your failures ~that sounded better in
my head~ cuz it's nice to learn what you did before so you won't
do it again. I have several crap arts that I'm too embarrassed to
post on DA and looking back at them helps a lot

that's pretty close XD sometimes, I color a whole section
and then decide it's ugly so I recolor everything. Then I
add unnecessary details...I'm surprised I still have a wrist lol

Well you can doodle, or you can take a picture and make it seem like that 3d effect
