This part concentrates on the ground, aka things you walk on. I will create the air tutorial later.

I suggest you read the first two parts before this one, so you get the basic information. I explained stuff less in this one, because many of the things were already handled in the two.

I realize that it says Doll Customization Tutorial, and that this is basicly the Third part of my Doll Customization Tutorials, but at the same time this is a general Pixel Art Tutorial that goes through few basic background elements and how to create them.

Took me forever to finish with MS Paint but I'm fairly contented. I hope it's clear enough for people to understand and learn stuff.
