Here is the second part of the tutorial. In this one, we concentrate on the clothing, wrinkling and other related. I'm going to start to work on the background tutorial soon-ish.Here is the first part that concentrated on shade adjusting and hair: [link]
Btw, this is only the way I make dolls. There's probably dozens of different ways out there.
Hope it'll offer you some help!

lol, I must admit that I don't actually keep all of this in my head when I work.. Or well, I kind of do and kind of don't. I guess it's a matter of how nitpicky I'm when working.
