Its been a while since I did anything on the Galactic super villain.Ominous is still his strong and mighty self, but I decided to change his outfit a little. Sort of a cross between Darth Vader, and a medieval executioner, only with less high-tech details.
I decided to remove the mouthpiece with the electronic EKGΒ line, and darken his cowl so that his expressions are displayed through his glowing eyes and the movement of his face. It kinda gives him that terrifying mystique approach but still capable of minor wild takes.

This is a pretty cool redesign, Kev.
With that black hood and cape, he DOES have that executioner look to him, but he also kinda brings the Grim Reaper to mind as well.

This gives me the impression he will be menacing and wicked but also pretty comical at the same time.
A parody of Darth Vader would be fitting for him; especially since Star Wars is relevant again. ;3
