Don't get me wrong i like the tenth he's great but all the rose Taylor and doctor art which is done to death does get kinda annoying. Probably my dislike to her

Nah - screengrabs are a crutch, anybody can do that. I use photo ref for faces, obviously but, though lots of people think so I don't just cut and paste. Usually any one figure will be reffed from several sources to help avoid that "freeze-frame" look, though there are exceptions on those rare occasions when I come across something that so closely resembles the pencil rough, that I've already had approved, that it would be a hassle to avoid using it. Usually if you see a hand in a pic doing something prominent it'll be mine
