Another Picture I drew from my Coma experience. I believe it was a reflection of how i was immobilised and surrounded by people watching me die. Not the sort of thing anyone should experience.Related content

Wow... First off that is amazing that you draw what you experienced in a coma! It is inspiring to see you use art to express the things you "drew" from the experience!
This particular work reminds of the walls at Waverly Hills Sanitorium in Kentucky... Haunting...

This is beautiful and yet horrifying to the soul. I was not in a coma, but I was dying for days in a hospital bed. To this day I only remember parts of it. This is a very accurate description of how things seemed for me at that time. Wonderful and scary in its accuracy.

sorry to hear you had a close call to. I've had a few people who have been close to death see these pieces and they all can relate, I guess it means being near death poses the same fearful mental image in all our heads

It's eerie thinking back to those times. I get confused sometimes with what actually happened, what I percieved happened, and what I hallucinated or invisioned. It's a scary place, walking that line. You captured that unsureness, unable to focus, very well.

very interesting drawing- the faces, arms and hands really look good, they impress me..
scary but very interesting! the empty eyes look very intimidating and inhumane
