Download for better view.And I have something to say about the 7th step: choose the color you want to erase with LEFT click, then you erase it (or recolor it in white) with RIGHT click.
This is a tutorial for all the people out there asking how I make my bases.
It's very simple, guys, really.
You just have to get used to it!
PS: the rubber tool is simply the ERASER. Okay?

step 6. I got the outline, and saved it as a 16 color bitmap, but I don't know what you mean by cancel everything

The bitchy part cancel everything refers to step 7. It's more a recolor then an "erase everything". Basically in step 7 you have to turn all those odd colors in white, so you have a smooth clean base like in step 8. The only things that you should see in the picture are your own outlines

You are right, I made a mistake.
At step 8 copy the pony BEFORE saving it as a PNG File and BEFORE recoloring with right colors. Copy it and paste it in a new Paint file, then you can complete it and save it as a png file.
