"The modern flag of Golema Imperija - the rising empire found by the newly-returned Magna, the King of Conquerors and his confederates - reuses many imagery which had adorned the flags and emblems of his old empires and those which draws inspiration from him. A modernized golden Vergina Star, once used by the Marecedonian conqueror Bucephalus the Great in the Second Age as his personal emblem, was once the symbol of one of Magna's empires pre-Known History, and it adorns the center of the flag as much a tribute by Magna to the young conqueror of yore as the young conqueror had paid tribute to him by coopting his symbol and ideals. The Marecedonian Lion, further adds to the tribute as well as serving as symbol of both power and protection in their flanking position by the central emblem. Fleco-Tauren 'Thunder-pattern' Meander adorn the top and bottom of the flag as a symbolic representation of Magna's power over thunder and lightning, although whether he inspired them first or the Tauren had inspired him in turn remain a question even Magna himself cannot confirm for certain, and neither does he dwell on the question..."

A flag design for Golema Imperija, the newly-built empire of magnificent Magna, the King of Conquerors. Owing to his inspiration Iskandr, the King of Conquest and his inspiration in turn from Alexander the Great of Macedon, significant Greek and Macedonian imagery felt appropriate for his flag design.

The Macedonian Lion and the Vergina Star are traditional/modern symbols of Macedon and belongs to them. The modernized Vergina star in particular belongs to AndreasG on 123RF and could be found here: www.123rf.com/photo_16034619_g… . Please support their official releases.
