Description
"With the takeover of Germaney by National Sovereign Germane Reich Party (NSDRP) following the brief First Germane Civil War of 1932-3, so too did the flag of Germaney changed to reflect the nation's transformation into a militant racialist totalitarian state that is the Greater Germane Reich under the Reichists' one-party dictatorial regime."Despite its connection with the flag of the republican Germane government they had replaced, the Reichists were firmly in the black, red and gold faction of the two major camps regarding Germaney's national colours, albeit for different reasons: Black, in the Reichists view, represents the hardships of Germaney as well as the hostility and corruption of the outside forces which supposedly sought to corrupt the purity of the Germane people and destroy the existence of the Germane nation. The Golden yellow colours, representing the radiant glory and purity of their people, forms a bulwark of amber bands which holds back the metaphorical darkness as the Germane people emerge from it to its former, 'rightful' glory, as well as shining from within the Red bands, surrounding the Reichists' own emblem, to symbolize the supposed greatness of Reichist ideology and Germane peoples' racial superiority. The Red bands, naturally, represents the blood of the Germane race and the nation's willingness to shed blood in its defence and the blood of others to achieve supremacy over the world...
"The symbol of the Reichists is as it had been since the party's inception in 1924 from the coagulation of several other Rightwing and Far-Right groups, movements and political parties: A stylized version of the Sun/Wheel Cross. An ancient Mareopean pagan symbol, its association with the Sun is believed to be the main reason it was chosen by Reichsfuhrer [REDACTED] and his fellow Reichists as the Sun represents both revitalizing and burning power, which befits their revanchist goals of their political and later state ideology. Of course, owing to many Reichist leaders' dabbling with the occult and Reichist Germaney's research into occultic lore despite the interfering efforts of Interregnum, many had speculated its employment may be more than symbolic, although other far-right political parties which would later support or join the Reichists, such as the cultural-supremacist Valkist Party also co-opted occultic or pagan symbols for their own purposes with little thought apparently given to other non-symbolic uses...
"An intimidating flag from its inception, the national flag of Reichist Germaney would be flown atop high towers, drapped from walls and windows and wielded by flagbearers during parades during the twelve years of Reichist rule in Germaney and Reichist Germaney's six years of military ascendency as the leader of the Axis Powers in the Second Great War. It would become the centerpiece of many notable historical pictures during this time period, the most iconic of which involve the flag being flown from atop the partially-collapsed Eiffel Tower over the battle-scarred capital city of Mareris, marking the shocking Fall of Prance in 1940 which would set the tempo of the first halve of the war - just as the planting of the Hooviets' crimson 'Gear-and-Grain' flag atop the radioactive, burnt-out ruins of the Reichstag over the atomic-bombed rubble of Bearlin in 1945 climatically encapsulated the second halve and end of the conflict...
"Post-war, with the division of Germaney into three states by the Federal Republic of Ponyland, the Pranco-Bitish Commonwealth and the Hooviet Union, the Reichist Cross as well as the flag of Reichist Germaney itself would be banned along with the NSDRP itself, but both the flag and symbol would be carried on by those who remain loyal or are sympathetic to the twisted ideology of Reichism. Among the most prominent of these Neo-Reichist movements include the supervillainous/terrorist faction known as Uberreich, formed by the remnants of the Herrenhelden and other Reichists who managed to escape capture and regrouped underground, dedicating themselves and their struggles in the subsequent decades to preserving the Reichist ideology and one day succeeding where Reichist Germaney had failed...
"The most recent use of Reichist flag and symbolism would be in the Fourth Age, following the resurrection and return of the infamous Reichist supervillain Endsieg from death and damnation courtesy of the machinations of Mistletoe Dreamer and the Dark Ages Alliance. While it would be forced to share places with the flags and symbols of other Autorist and Tribalist factions which arose around this time, its unmistakable menace and recognized history made it inevitable that even in the new era it would have a place of infamy alongside those who presently share similar beliefs and ideals as those of the Reichists of yore..."

Here we have the flag of Reichist Germaney from the Second Age, who fill in the role of Nazi Germany, even though they are not the Nazis themselves. As you can tell from both the text and the design there would be considerable divergences between the Great Wars Era of the Second Age with the 20th/21st centuries of the Real World.
