DO TAKE NOTE:
FAQ #332: Does deviantART have a feature that will automatically watermark my deviations?
"This option will be presented to you only if you change the Display Options field to one of the smaller resolutions available in the submission/editing process, allowing you to add a watermark or not.
Images which are kept at 'original size' will not be processed by us and will not present the option of automatic watermarking on your images."
Also, if you submit your image under certain categories, or your image type (jpeg, png etc) is different from the usual, the watermark option will not appear.

Why does the Watermark Option only appear for some of my artwork. Like, some work I submit it's visible and then others I submit, it's nowhere to be seen!

it depends on the size of the artwork you submit. if it's big enough to fit the watermark then the option will appear, if not it won't
It may also depend on the type of file you submit eg. jpeg, png etc

I want to post some good photography images of my huskies.. problem is I want them watermarked and the option isnt there.. what can I do so that they are water marked?

you can add your own using other softwares on your computer or you can check the catergory you're submitting it to to see why the option wasn't available!

i have been wondering what mark,stamp it was on alot of ppls art and wanted to have that
but didn't quite know what it was and what it was called, english is my second language so was a bit hard to find it i thought it was called deviantart stamp or something.. but now i know.... WATERMARK Wahaha! Β

How do you put a watermark you made on DA

you can't do that using dAΒ
if you want to add your own watermark you need to do it yourself with an art program or PAINT (if you use windows) or Preview (if you use Macbook) then after that then you post on dA

yeah dA only puts their standard watermark for you so if you want your own custom one you have to put it yourself
