I think you captured the grim, yet busy overtone of the typical white collar workforce of Japan very well in this shot. It's very clean and beautiful, yet also very quiet and lonely looking. Like the feeling one would really have even when being surrounded by thousands of people. Pressing and pushing past each other, Feeling secure, yet lifeless. The figure stands out as the "light" in the shot even though she is in silhouette. It's a nice touch. The texture of the glass gives the shot great balance and rhythm too.

Thank you very much for your critique! I can see what you find interesting in the photo. The lonely figure is a locus for our thoughts on what it's like to be one of many in massive city. She sort of embodies that feeling of loneliness and solitude despite being in the midst of civilization.
