Here's something I wanted to draw ever since the doctors new costume for the last christmas special was revealed since I friggin LOVE it, just as much as the personality of 12 who is quickly storming the ladder of my favorite doctors!
I give him one more season until he becomes my all time favorite.
I wanted to experiment a little with some of the other brushes in SAI for the background, and you know what, I actually really like the result!
I drew the anarchy symbol in the background because I can see it fitting twelve very well, with his "rebel timelord" persona and his clear problems with authority figures, even though, I wouldn't really consider him an anarchist or anything and it just looks really cool, that is also a major factor.
And I just wanted to draw twelve with his hood up for once! I mean, why does he have it if it just hangs there?
