Affiliation: As her friend he is affiliated with Das’sar. Although a born Tyrannian, he isn’t really interested in the politics and ideology of his folks.

Appearance:
Dareon bears mostly a tan to brown coloration, accompanied by a cream white portion along his lower jaw, throat, extending toward the underside of his belly. The flanks of his belly are lined by a dark brown stripe, that fades into a red-brown when extending upwards to his back. Tyrannian male Albertosaurus tend to have more red-brown in that stripe, so Dareon is no exception of that rule

His head is adorned with the typical nasal ridge and the well pronounced lacrimal crests above his eyes. As a sign of his maturity, his crests bear the rust-red tinge of the male Albertosaurus and like some of his brethren, he has some stubby remnants of feather bundles running down the midline of his nape.

Armaments:
Unlike some other tyrannosaurids on Sol-3-Beta, he didn’t replace his arms with prostheses to make his typical small forelimbs more functional. Dareon instead uses wearable prostheses, that are attached to a holster around his shoulders and back. It allows him to collect the herbs for his employer and to make those unguents, essences and other medicines, that are used by the local medic. When he goes out into the woods, Dareon carries a bag to stow the ingredients away. Sometimes, he might also wear a little pocket around his calf. In case the day seems to bring rain, Dareon has also a cloak for that case.

Personality:
Dareon has a rather mellow personality, that enables him to connect with most of his fellow Tyrannians. Showing cruelty (especially against inferior species like humans) as often exhibited in his society isn’t really his way. He was born as a younger brother to his sister Lorena, whose name he shortens to merely Rena. Another trait that sets him apart is, that he isn’t a believer of one of the obscure cults on Sol-3-Beta and that makes him to Das’sar’s ally. Despite of being viewed to be more calm and polite, Dareon can surely get enraged and show his hidden temper. When it comes to bonds, he prefers stable friendships instead of volatile acquaintances.

History:
Dareon as a regular citizen of the Tyrannian homeworld never much traveled far his home unlike his sister Lorena, who is captain of a freight transport vessel. He lives in a village close to the Tyrannian swamps and forests, where he regularly collects herbs for his employer Garlan, a local medic in the village. As a juvenile Albertosaurus, he wanted initially to become a hunter, who serves an important role in the society because they provide the inhabitants with meat and that part appealed to the young Dareon. But volunteering at Garlan’s office in his later years let him decide to become a medical assistant instead of a hunter, since he doesn’t openly exhibit the aggressiveness of some hunters.
One of his friends is a Cryolophosaurus called Malek, a resident of the night life as he can be commonly found at clubs and often with females. Malek helps Dareon to come out of his shell and leave from time to time his comfort zone.
It was Dareon, who found Das’sar wounded and limping out of the swamps. Obliged to offer help as the medic’s assistant, he got her to Garlan and also offered her a place to sleep.
