Raph: Ok... so what the heck WAS that thing??!
Usagi: Something older than any of us. Come. It would be fool-hardy to remain in these woods. It may not be so tolerant of us being in Its domain a second time...

From an unwritten fanfic. This story actually has some promise to it to be honest. I didn't have a clear idea of the conversation during this part so forgive the sloppiness of the writing. Raph and Usagi running around the woods together in Usagi's dimension. Why is Usagi wearing yukata and why are his ear untied? Well... that's part of the story. I realised, as I FINALLY finished the picture and was re-sizing it, I forgot to draw Usagi's swords. DOH!! XD;;; just.. ..pretend they're there 8D
I love the Usagi Yojimbo stories that have a supernatural flair to them. I love stuff like that. My favourite Supernatural Usagi story is 'The Tangled Skein'. However my favourite Supernatural Usagi story where he BATTLES the monster is his fight with a Tanuki. Usagi almost cashed in his chips during that fight
took him 3 days to regain consciousness.This picture brought to you by obvious Miyazaki influence, as well as all the pictures on dA of plant spirits and ghostly deer-like creatures.

I REALLY like the way the moss on the tree-trunk turned out.

The vision is very nice, everything is clear enough for me to see whats on the picture and the shading was done wonderfully, so I put 5 stars.
I don't know at all if this is based off of something or completely original, being I don't do alot of social things (._.), so I put 4 stars for Originality.
Technique I'm guessing is how it is drawn, and this is NEAR perfect, I'd like to see more in the future like this, so 4.5.
Impact on ME was 4.5 because this picture is very well made, and it seems alot of other people love it too ;3.
