Description
Here's another script belonging to the "Fractal Forms" script family. I've had it sitting around for awhile now... Anyways, it produces (if used correctly, which isn't all that hard to do) some nice smoothish-like fractals. I suggest using gradients that have a low colour variation to get the best results.Hint: Setting thickness to 0 can get you some cool results.
THIS SCRIPT REQUIRES THE 'EPISPIRAL' PLUGIN TO FUNCTION. [link]

Ok, go to "My Computer", find your "C: Drive", find "Program Files", find your apophysis folder, create a new folder specifically called "plugins" in your Apophysis folder. Now put up to 30 plugins in the plugins folder. Let me know if you need help with any of these steps!

Is it a combination of 'loonie' and the oily technique? I am useless at reading scripts, but it has the same feel as those two.

Actually it's just like my previous Fractal Forms scripts. For example 'Blade Forms" uses the fan variation, instead this uses the epispiral variation. I'm not sure about the math involved with epispiral and spherical (the two variations this script relies on) but it could be similar to what you've suggested, so perhaps that lends to the similarities.

If you go to my main page and click on the link to "Apophysis Plugins" you'll find that you can download additional plugins (that is new variations) for Apophysis. To use these find your Apophysis folder in Program folders and create a new folder called "Plugins". Place the plugins in this folder (but no more than 30 at a time because it'll create conflicts with the program). If you need help with any of these steps just let me know.

Cheers and thanks, Tom.
