This didn't take as long as one might think, actually. The hair was really the quickest part. Getting the variations in lighting and skin tones was the toughest part. I'm not the most proficient with meshes, so that took awhile for me to work out. I'd say, overall, there's probably about 10 to 15 hours of work there.
