i just made some voodoo dolls of Baron, Professor platypus and Calamity, meaning i can pet Calamity without touching the real deal!

Wait, what? Voodoo Dolls?! That's just weird...
I mean, if you'd gone and made normal plush dolls, I could see that; but the voodoo variety? Why?
You know those things don't work on fictional characters, right? (Not that they neccessarily work on actual people either, mind you, but they certainly can't work on fictional ones.)

I don't know what's more hilarious, the Prof's descent into insanity, or Calamity's priceless expressions.

Yes. The answer to your question is "yes."
I'm glad you appreciate the expressions; I was particularly pleased with them on this one, myself.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but I get inspiration from all sorts of things, and I have plenty of ideas swimming around in my noggin.

That's great to hear! This is definitely one of my... denser strips, so to speak. A lot going on in there, comedically.

I hated that book, honestly. Far too negative and cynical for me.
Prime fodder for lampoonery, though.

Prof. Platypus will go down on Wikipedia history as being the one who starts the 'Coconut Cult'.

Too late; that dubious honor goes to August Engelhardt. It didn't end well for him.
Proving once again that reality can, in fact, be even weirder than a cartoon...

He more or less wanted to worship the sun, but then he likely thought coconuts were the sun's children or something, to which Pagans were all ready worshiping nature before he did.

It's what the people from lunatic asylums use to catch crazy people (old joke)- Calamity could use one about now!
What to do with him then, though...

Oh, I see what you're saying... Like the nets Ralph and Dr. Scratchensniff use to try and catch the Warners all the time on Animaniacs...
My brain just didn't make the connection.
