You can choose the biggest brush size MS paint has to offer and recolor Sakura/Hinata/Ino or even Sai in some shitty neon color. Ignore the lines. Lines are for lewsorz.

Pfft. Actually, tracing fanart is something that annoys me a bit more than tracing original stuff. If you trace the original, people will know you didn't do it yourself and they get laughed at. But if they trace fanart it usually goes unnoticed.

I know. I am just glad I am a fanart whore and can tell. Though I must add this whole 'editing fanart is bad, but editing screanshots is ok, because they are not art' arguement is starting to piss me off to know end.

Eff. The screenshots ARE art though, if its a cartoon or anime or anything like that. Some artist had to draw the character design and the background and all that. If they want something that isn't copyrighted 'art,' they should use a base. I know a lot of people think base users are lame, and most of them are, but at least they're better than fanart/screenshot editors.

Agian, I don't get it. How can editing screanshots be better? If it wasn't for the anime, they wouldn't have the fanart for people to edit.
Hmmm I am torn when it comes to bases, but yeah at least it is better then direct editors. Though, people who edit screanshots and then claims they used a base are retarded.

Eh, I've edited a base or two. First one was just for that parody sparkle-sue, but those unskilled retards unfortunately do have one point- it is kinda fun to edit them. So I just do one once in a while, for the fun of it, and keep it to myself. Like how its okay to make a sue/stu, as long as you keep it to yourself and off the web where its lol-fodder.

bac then (i was a editor at first OMG D: im over it now atleast .w. only edit when im like completely artist block but i never post them cause ik how bad it is :/) when rpcs were basicly new to the world they were ACTUALLY decent but now are sluts :/
oh btw if u realized lately about 98% of rpcers who are editors start drawing o.o
like no joke every rpcer has a deviantart but only 30% actually GAVE up editing and started drawing :/
it was ok at first when only a few people did it but now almost everyone is drawing but barely anyone stops editing :/

I also notice that. I like how most of them are now carbon copies of Kishimoto. Most of them didn't have to work for that 'talent' like they said they do. I stopped editing after doing it for a year, but these people have been doning it for like four or five years now.

i only edit like once in a million cause it releases my stress...i cant draw when im stressed cause ill shred the paper xD
and yea. i mean i dont draw naruto as much as i use to. I now draw shojo/shonen style and made my own manga and style.....

Not ALL RPCs are traced you know that correct? -.-' and RPC just stands for "role-playing character" So 99% of most OCs can also me considered RPCs too if you RP with them.
