Whisperpaw's eyes scanned the terrain of the border carefully, a cranky expression settled in on her fluffy face. It wasn't even close to dawn... The moon was high in the sky, possibly at its highest point. Her mentor had decided for some StarClan forsaken reason that now was the best time for her first border patrol. The river flowed peacefully beside them, making little noise. The thousands of spirits from silverpelt glistened in the water's reflection, appearing as if they were all dancing across the calm current.
"Hey Whisperpaw, lighten up a little bit! I don't believe that there will be many other patrols, and that's why I chose right now to take you out. I need to teach you the basics of a border patrol."
Whisperpaw grumbled, her tail flicking with pure annoyance.
"If I see any smelly ThunderClan warriors on our side, I'll shred their ears and send them running like mice back to their home." The apprentice didn't mean this. She was running on two hours of sleep... Koishine was really testing her limits to have her out this early. Koishine rolled her eyes teasingly, her whiskers twitching with amusement.
"You will do no such thing. Follow me, I need to show you how to leave a scent marker." As they padded a few tail-lengths away to a nearby medium-sized boulder, Whisperpaw glared at her cheery mentor, hoping that this wouldn't take long.

Assignment #1 for an Apprentice to become a Warrior: Draw/Write about their first patrol!

Whisperpaw is not a morning cat. omg
but here's my first warrior assignment for Whisperpaw! I will be uploading more of these soon, since it's nearly time for whisperpaw to become a warrior.
this is an okay picture??? i'm not totally satisfied but,, whatever. it's good enough x"D
