After watching Doug Walker's pitch for Monsters, Inc 2, I thought I could take some of his ideas and mix them with some of my ideas. Tell me in the comment which idea you like better, mine or Doug's.

Brief Synopsis:
It’s been over twenty years since Boo and Sully last sore each other, Boo (now Merry) is now married and now has a job as a teacher and a young daughter of her own. Back in Monsteropalis, Monsters, Inc is losing to another energy company called “Lovecraft IND” who provide more power, Sully on the other hand has fallen into depression while Mike is facing scandal charges. One night, Merry’s daughter finds herself in the monster world and when she meets Sully, Sully confuses her for Boo as she looks exactly like her mother when they last met. Back in the human world, children everywhere are going missing and with her daughter gone, Merry decides to go back into the monster world to find her little girl. Merry, her daughter and Sully then find out that Lovecraft IND has been successfully using Waternoose III's scream extractor and are kidnapping kids to make more energy, it also turns out that they were the ones who installed the belief/lie that all humans a toxic.
