The Kirov Class Battle Cruiser is a design originally by Steve Cole as a TOS ship for the game "Star Fleet Battles".Refit imagined by Neale "Vance" Davidson.

I like the original Kirov's design, but the way the refit's warp nacelles are mounted, seem structurally weak. It would lookΒ better if the pylons were connected to the nacelles' sides, the way they were in the original design.

Not my design. And I made them thicker, when I updated her. So, they were thinner.

Maybe it had some of the blue...But the nacelles are straight out to the side on this one.

ahh! yes, that was different, the nacelles were supported in a V shape from the main body. However the nacelles themselves were flattened though instead of the typical round which prompted my comment, no?
