This tutorial doesn't necessarily explain how to draw a group image. It also explains the process of a drawing itself. It's basically a better version of my Drawing Progress tutorial.

What to say. This was made with all the work in progress scans of my [link] Supernatural drawing which I made for a while ago. I reallyreallyreallyreally like that drawing so I wanted to write a tutorial about it too.
Another reason why I'm posting this is to show *EatToast my silly doodles.

Ik had net wat concepten geupload, daar had ik ook meteen het gevoel van "dat is niet aaaaf!"

It's funny how you seem to be posting tutorials and such every time I attempt realism myself
Although it's taking me heaps of time and I can't get it to look just like I want it to -_o (I'm real severe with my drawings when they must represent something, or someone in this case)

I have a question! Ok,maybe it's not that related to this amazing tutorial and even more amazing drawing
How good is this TV show "Supernatural,"? <- not this question
I wanted to ask you something about blending.I have only tissues and cotton buds available for blending.
I veeery rarely blend my drawings except light gray backgrounds (like in my Sleepy II drawing )and maybe sometimes skin if I'm drawing a female with perfect skin

Supernatural sux! Worst TV show EVER! 
I think I know what kind of smudges you mean. These smudges and stains often appear after you touched your drawing with your fingers multiple times. The thing is, fingers contain some kind of oil. Whenever this oil gets in touch with your paper, you can't get it away and they'll leave bad looking marks once you blend your drawing.
When I have this problem, I usually draw around these smudges until the rest of the area has the same colour/contrast as the smudges. So you gotta cover them up somehow (: I did the same with my Tifa drawing. You can barely see these smudges anymore and I think it's one of the best looking backgrounds I've ever made so far.

That Tifa drawing certainly has fantastic background.I'm very sorry you had so much problems with that drawing because of some morons.
You say oil?I though the same.But the problem is that I don't know where is "oiled area" before I blend-then it's too late.Maybe I'll just try not to touch my paper much and do the thing you mentioned if the smudges appear
