I think I'd prefer this poison apple to the Granny Smith which is too acid for me.
I got one apple from our tree this year which was half green and half red with a very well defined dividing line between the colours. I guess one side got more sun than the other. That was truly a Snow White apple.

The red contrasts wonderfully with the green, and the texture of the plate adds an extra dimension.
