[[fullview]]Nive, in mid shape-shift, in the last calm moment before she breaks down in to a monster of fear.

Nive- who defines the words "batshit crazy"- has eaten my brain and finally coughed up her secrets. That's for later, though.
Super-exact pen drawing is super-refreshing after so many loose paintings. This is a super clean and super-precise, better than any so far for various modifications to technique (omgartgeeknesslol). But they demand strong focus (recommended for the obsessive-compulsive x_x) and take forever, oh my goodness.
And unfortunately, you can't see all the little hatch lines, they're all mushed together. Nooooo!
Also, in this case (the original is cropped differnetly) the negative space/lack of scenery is important, pressing in on all sides, almost palpable. I mean, she's staring so intently at nothing for crissakes. Hmm hmm!

I love the way you shaded this, I cann see the hatch lines around the arms and they look excellent. They give a different impression of the skin, like it's leathery or something. Very very nice, I love it

I think this is the best pen and ink drawing i've seen from you yet. Sometimes i wish i could hunt you down and eat your brain to absorb your atristicleness, but then i realize my art is too different, they could not coincide within the same brain. So I shall let you keep your brain. For now.

Yay! What I tried to adhere to this time was to have the hatch lines follow the curve of the planes they shade rather than have them all go the same direction. It's a bit annoying but it makes a marked difference, even in sketches.

Ballpoint pen? Good lord. The softness of the textures and the fact that you grayscaled it make it look like a pencil drawing. Beautifully done, and properly eerie. My favorite bits, by far, have to be the bones and the hoof of her forward foot.
