Gia is a very loyal feline. Once she feels like she belongs with someone or somewhere, she will remain utterly loyal to either that person or the place for as long as she lives. In this case, it's the Ice Empire. Being loyal is an attribute she greatly values.

[ MOTHERLY ]

Gia tends to baby others a lot. Whether it's a little cut or a bigger wound, even if someone got mentally hurt, she'll care and cherish that cat or dog as if she was their mother. The worst thing is that she babies adults as well. If they're having a hard time, she'll treat them like newborn cubs and stay beside them until they either accept her nature and until their problem or issue is solved. She's also a good listener and will give helpful advice.

With her being the second in command, Gia is a prime example of valor and nobility. She will not hesitate to jump in battle, whether it's an argument or the battlefield itself in order to protect something or someone she loves. Being brave isn't just fighting and being strong all the time. She knows that taking a life is the simplest way to end something, but to spare it is the real courage.

History
"My story begins outside of The Empires. Me and my family weren't exactly social and liked living by ourselves. We lived in a small den with enough prey and space for the three of us; my mother, father and me. I had a regular cubhood; playing around, snuggling with my beloved-- Everything a cub could wish for. I was oblivious of the world's dangers. My parents were too relaxed and happy to think that there was any danger out there. And so, we lived in peace for the next 4 months. Living alone wasn't so bad at that time... But it was also our downfall.
One night, we were all sleeping regularly until we heard a noise outside. It was... Growling? My father went out to scout the area while my mother stayed with me; keeping me safe if any danger should come in the den. We waited and waited for father to come back, but he just wouldn't show up He went away as well as the growling did... We just waited... I was too tired to stay awake. I was too inexperienced to even imagine what kind of danger was out there... I fell asleep in my mother's paws. She was worried for father and for our safety...
The next morning, mother and I were fine, but... My dad still didn't come back. I was still a cub. I thought he went somewhere to get us something... But mother knew what this meant. And so we waited. And waited. And waited... But he never came back. It wasn't long until I realized... There was no coming back for him. It was a shocking realization to say the least... It was hard for mother and me... It felt like horrible, and I was so young.

Even without father... We had to move on. It wasn't safe in our own little home anymore. I was about a year old when mother decided that it's time we left. We traveled a long distance and with each passing day, I came to experience more pain, more loss and more sadness. And after each lesson, I was soon turned out to be more experienced and mature than most felines of my age... And yet... In body, I was still nothing but a cub. I was lucky that my mother was still with me. We traveled unseen trough the Empires, but the Empire which caught my eye was The Ice Empire. The terrain was lovely and I enjoyed travelling trough it. I was simply astonished. Oh, have I mentioned? I haven't seen snow before getting in the Empire grounds. Mother decided we'd stay here a little longer just for me. We stayed there for 8 months. It was like I was made for this place, but unfortunately, we had to get a move on. We couldn't stay and risk getting caught.

Before we left the Empire grounds, a young cougar approached us. At first we thought that he was in the Empire, but we soon found out that he was a rogue. His name was Raphael...

Raphael traveled with us. He didn't seem to be fond of any place in particular, so he joined our little family. We were always on the move and it often felt as if we were going in circles. One day, we stumbled on a territory we never should have laid a paw on...

We were on the Savage Dogs' terf. Mother didn't know she was leading us into danger. Into death. Into the place where my father went and... Never came back. After week scurrying and sneaking trough the territory, the dogs found us. Mother fought some of them off, but we were still greatly outnumbered. Mother told us to run. Run away and never look back. At first, I refused. I couldn't stand losing her like I lost father! I couldn't bare it..! I struggled to go to her and help, but Raphael dragged me away from there. The last thing I saw was her getting buried under the pile of wild and ferocious canines... I closed my eyes. It was the first time I actually cried since father died... Mom took care of me ever since I could remember. She kept being strong for the both of us and raised me the best she could... And as my damp eyes closed, I heard her final sound; Her last cry. I was the one who was crying as a cub all the time... But now.. It was her who cried out and needed my help... But I couldn't give it to her... I was now without a family... I only had Raphael there by my side...

I blamed Raphael for months for my mother's death. He dragged me away when I could've helped her. I could've saved her! He was still with me. I would even hit him at times. I would yell at him; give him the guilt trip, but he never left. He always comforted me when I was breaking...

After awhile, I let go of my grudge I held against him... I realized. After all.. We wouldn't have lived now if he didn't get us out of there... I guess I apologized to him.. Even though I was such a bastard towards him, he still kept that... Smile on his face. After getting everything straight, we decided to go back to the Ice Empire, but this time, we decided to join it.

I was titled as the second in command while Raphael became a warrior. We still hung out, of course... But he always seemed so... Distant from me. Not in body, but in mind...

Time flies quickly. We both got stronger since the day we met. A lot. Being the second in command I had a lot of duties and rarely ever got time to be around Raphael. We rarely seen each other nowadays. And just when we were becoming close friends again. I felt alone, even though most seek my presence... Like it wasn't enough that he didn't speak much to me. I was worried to say the least. And... And I think I might even like him... No.. Love him.

But one day when I came back, he was nowhere in sight. I scouted the camp, the area surrounding the camp, the Empire itself, but he wasn't here! I couldn't go out of the Empire... I couldn't go back out there when this was the place where I finally felt.. Safe. Oh, Raphael, what have you done?...

It's been a few months since Raphael left. He still hasn't returned... I hope he returns... I hope he doesn't end up like... Like my father... As if there's no going back... He greatly worried me. Ugh, sometimes I wish I never met him, but.. Honestly? I don't know where I'd be without him right now... I just... I just wish he didn't leave is all... Guess I'll just have to wait for him to come back, hope he's okay... And carry out my duties as a second in command...
