Personality:
Madison is very timid in the school as the Whitecoat noted on her file, but in reality she's a very straight forward individual, she is very skeptic in the sense it takes her a while to believe some Erasers have wings, it took her a while to believe she had a tail when she first got it. She finds it hard to believe any of this happened to her without the authorities finding out. She's also very pessimistic, she would accept her fate when she believes the situation too great to escape from, she also always expects the worst to happen to her and her friends. She's a bit blunt but when you're in a bad situation she'd sugarcoat it a tiny bit to help you feel better(if you're younger). When she escapes the school she's a bit on the goth/emo side(if that helps describe her personality)

Background:
Madison was a normal kid living in New Orleans up until the age of 9, she broke her leg in a bike accident(she was driving with a friend and drove off of the sidewalk and off a small embankment). While in the hospital she was taken by some whitecoats, so essentially she went missing. Her parents searched for her and even tried the police but they couldn't find their child again, they're still searching. Madison was placed into the avian human hybrid program at first but her wings didn't work or fuse with her body like it was supposed to so they removed the grafted wings and tried snake, they didn't want to give her a dangerous snake's dna because she was just a prototype for later snake mutants and to see if the snake dna would work in her. It worked and they kept her as fodder for more experiments.
She was very close to the whitecoat who made her file and who lead her experiments. The whitecoat had a soft spot for her, she combed her hair and everything, Madison didn't much like the whitecoat but she tolerated her and liked her more than the male scientists.
She was transvered over to the New Haven branch where they continued experiments, but no more messing with her dna at least.
In the cages she befriended some of the other mutants there, she got particularly close to Robyn and the two became fast friends.
They escaped together.
